Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing robust loyalty programs and customer retention strategies, Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist is the more suitable choice, particularly if they're seeking an easy migration path from existing loyalty apps. Its extensive loyalty features, integration with Shopify Store Credit, and enhanced customer dashboard offer a comprehensive solution. However, for B2B businesses heavily reliant on POS systems and operating across multiple markets, Fish Wishlist offers compelling features specifically designed to streamline their wishlist processes and B2B sales workflows. While Fish Wishlist has fewer reviews, its focus may align better with specific needs for merchants using POS and wanting a simplified, quickly deployed wishlist solution.
