Our Verdict
For apparel and footwear brands struggling with high return rates due to sizing issues, Fit Quiz: Size recommendation is the clear choice. Its focus on personalized size recommendations can significantly improve customer satisfaction and reduce logistical overhead. However, for merchants selling products without established reviews, or who need to quickly build trust, OneReview: Use Online Reviews provides a valuable solution.
While OneReview has a slightly higher rating, it's based on a smaller number of reviews. Ultimately, the best app depends on the specific problems a merchant faces. If fit is a major concern, Fit Quiz wins. If lack of social proof is the hurdle, OneReview is the better solution.
