Our Verdict
Currently, Fitting Room appears to be a more reliable choice, particularly for clothing retailers seeking a straightforward virtual try-on solution. Its positive initial reviews suggest it delivers on its promise of ease of use and boosted shopper engagement. Merchants can easily test this app out due to the lack of complex configuration steps.
VividWorks 3D Configurator, given the lack of reviews and information, is difficult to recommend at this time. Without concrete information regarding its functionality, target audience, and user experience, it presents a significant risk. Merchants should closely monitor VividWorks 3D Configurator for future updates and reviews before considering it as a viable option. If VividWorks 3D Configurator has a feature set that Fitting Room lacks, for example a superior AR feature, then this may be a good app to explore once reviews and more information becomes available.
