Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a straightforward solution to sell and deliver diverse digital products quickly and securely, Flash Digital Downloads is the better choice. Its focus on automated email delivery, broad format support, and established positive reviews make it a reliable option.
However, if a merchant is specifically focused on ebooks, audiobooks, or videos and desires to create a branded digital content platform with integrated readers/players, secure content access, and in-depth customer usage analytics, Papertrell may be worth exploring, despite the lack of reviews. They need to consider the risk of a potentially unproven solution, while Flash Digital Downloads provides instant downloads which the other app may not.
