Flash Express Philippines vs Partialy ‑ Partial Payment CODfor Shopify (2026)
Flash Express Philippines and Partialy ‑ Partial Payment COD both address Cash on Delivery (COD) needs for Shopify merchants, but in fundamentally different ways. Flash Express focuses on the logistics side, aiming to provide fast and efficient nationwide delivery services within the Philippines. It emphasizes 24/7 operation, order-to-billing workflow management, and same-day pick-ups, positioning itself as an all-in-one delivery solution. Partialy, on the other hand, concentrates on the financial aspects of COD by enabling partial payments, deferred payments, and advanced COD rules to reduce risks associated with returned orders (RTO) and improve cash flow. The target audience for Flash Express appears to be merchants based in the Philippines who require a reliable and comprehensive delivery service to manage their order fulfillment. They likely prioritize speed and nationwide reach. Partialy is geared towards merchants globally (though its COD features are inherently relevant to regions where COD is prevalent) who want to offer flexible payment options, minimize RTO, and potentially boost sales by offering more accessible payment plans like partial payments and Buy Now Pay Later arrangements. Essentially, Flash Express handles *how* the product gets to the customer while Partialy manages *how* the customer pays for the product.
