Our Verdict
Payment Rules Hide PaymentHero is the better choice for most merchants. It has a significantly higher rating and a far greater number of reviews, suggesting greater reliability and user satisfaction. Merchants focused on enhancing the checkout experience by offering tailored payment options to boost conversions should choose Payment Rules Hide PaymentHero.
FlexiFees ‑ Conditional Fees is suitable only for merchants with very specific and complex fee requirements that cannot be met by native Shopify features or other apps. However, the low rating and limited reviews should give pause, and a careful assessment and trial period are strongly recommended before full deployment. Only merchants that need highly granular control over fee application in specific situations should choose FlexiFees.
