Flexify: Facebook Product Feed vs Selling Pointfor Shopify (2026)
Flexify: Facebook Product Feed and Selling Point address fundamentally different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. Flexify focuses on enhancing Facebook and Instagram advertising by providing advanced control over product feed customization, multi-language support, and image template creation. Its strength lies in optimizing product visibility and advertising performance on Meta platforms. It aims to replace or extend Shopify's native Facebook channel. Selling Point, on the other hand, directly tackles the challenge of migrating gift cards and store credit balances from other platforms to Shopify, a crucial task for merchants switching systems or consolidating operations. Selling Point's value proposition centers on ease of migration, allowing merchants to transfer gift cards and store credit balances in bulk without requiring extensive technical expertise or developer assistance. This app streamlines a previously manual or costly process. Flexify seems geared toward merchants actively investing in Facebook and Instagram advertising and those seeking granular control over their product presentation, whereas Selling Point targets merchants who are migrating to Shopify from another platform and need to transfer existing gift card/store credit balances.

Our Verdict
The choice between Flexify: Facebook Product Feed and Selling Point depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If the primary goal is to improve Facebook and Instagram advertising performance through enhanced product feed customization and optimized product presentation, Flexify is the clear choice. Its feature set caters directly to that goal.
However, if the merchant is migrating to Shopify from another platform and needs to transfer existing gift card and store credit balances quickly and easily, Selling Point is the superior option. Its focus on simplifying the migration process makes it invaluable for merchants in that situation. The higher rating of Selling Point, though based on fewer reviews, suggests a high level of satisfaction among its target users.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use for a non-technical user?
Selling Point is likely easier for non-technical users as it automates the gift card migration process, while Flexify requires more understanding of product feed structures and advertising platforms.
Which app offers better long-term value?
It depends on the business strategy. Flexify offers long-term value to merchants consistently investing in Facebook/Instagram ads. Selling Point provides immediate value during migration, but its ongoing utility depends on future migration needs.
Can both apps be used together?
Yes, they address entirely different aspects of e-commerce. One focuses on advertising, the other on migration. They wouldn't conflict with each other's functionality.
Which app has better customer support?
Flexify explicitly states they offer 'Sharp and friendly support — always humans, never bots'. There is no equivalent claim for Selling Point based on the provided data.
What if I don't use Facebook/Instagram ads?
If you don't use Facebook/Instagram ads, Flexify provides no value. Selling Point might still be relevant if you are migrating from another platform.
