Our Verdict
Given the substantial difference in ratings and review counts, Returbo: Returns & Exchanges appears to be the significantly more reliable and user-friendly option for Shopify merchants in 2026. While FlexReturn Return Center offers a broader range of features like multilingual support and detailed automation, its poor rating raises serious concerns about its functionality and overall user experience. Unless the issues leading to FlexReturn's low rating have been addressed, Returbo is the safer and more effective choice for most merchants seeking a seamless returns management solution. Returbo is ideal for any merchant, regardless of size, seeking a reliable and well-received returns management system. Only merchants with *very* specific language or highly customized automation needs might consider FlexReturn, but they should proceed with extreme caution and ideally test it thoroughly first.
