Our Verdict
Given the significant difference in ratings and review counts, xCotton Post Purchase Guard is generally the safer choice for most merchants, especially those new to managing returns or prioritizing ease of use and a proven track record. Its high rating indicates that merchants are generally satisfied with its functionality and support. However, FlexReturn Return Center might be suitable for merchants with complex return requirements who need extensive customization and automation, are comfortable with a potentially steeper learning curve, and are willing to overlook the lower rating for the sake of its unique features. Merchants considering FlexReturn should thoroughly investigate the reasons behind the low rating before committing.
