Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive loyalty program with points, rewards, and referrals, Flits Loyalty program rewards is the stronger choice. Its deeper integration with other apps, like Judge.me and Klaviyo (and 40+ others), and focus on turning first-time buyers into loyal customers make it ideal for building long-term customer relationships. However, if a merchant's primary goal is to enhance the shopping experience with a feature-rich wishlist solution and leverage personalized notifications, Swish (formerly Wishlist King) is a more suitable option, especially considering its free setup and customization service and focus on wishlist-specific analytics.
