Our Verdict
Without knowing FlowMail's function, it's impossible to give a direct comparison. If you are a merchant struggling with manually updating fulfillment statuses and want to leverage PayPal's tracking features, Upt:Bulk Fulfill & Paypal Sync is the clear choice, despite its lower rating; the higher review count suggests it's a more established app with a specific utility. However, a merchant should investigate why the rating is only 3.8 stars. If FlowMail's functionality is directly relevant to a merchant's business, it warrants further investigation, but the lack of information is concerning.
