Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks vs Mysbox ‑ Mystery Box Builderfor Shopify (2026)
Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks and Mysbox ‑ Mystery Box Builder both aim to increase Average Order Value (AOV) on Shopify stores, but they approach this goal with very different strategies. Fly focuses on traditional bundling, quantity discounts, and upsells to encourage customers to buy more of what they already want. It positions itself as a comprehensive solution for creating fixed bundles, BOGO offers, frequently bought together suggestions, and tiered discounts, emphasizing ease of use and minimal impact on store speed. Mysbox, on the other hand, offers a gamified shopping experience centered around mystery boxes, appealing to merchants looking to clear inventory, drive seasonal sales, or create a unique and engaging customer journey. The key difference lies in their core offerings. Fly provides tools for strategic product combinations and volume-based incentives. Mysbox leverages the element of surprise and gamification to create excitement and drive purchases, particularly for overstock items or special campaigns. Fly appears geared towards a broader range of merchants seeking standard bundling and discount functionalities, while Mysbox caters to those seeking a unique and potentially more viral sales tactic using mystery boxes and digital unboxing experiences.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a robust and established solution for traditional bundling, quantity discounts, and upsells, Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks is the stronger choice. Its high review count and comprehensive feature set suggest a reliable and well-tested platform. It offers a wide range of bundling options with added benefits like inventory sync.
However, if your primary goal is to create a buzz around seasonal sales, clear out overstock, or offer a truly unique and engaging shopping experience, Mysbox ‑ Mystery Box Builder is worth considering. While its review count is significantly lower, its focus on gamification and digital unboxing could be a powerful differentiator for certain brands and target audiences. Mysbox is best for merchants willing to experiment with a more innovative sales strategy. Think of it as a more experimental growth hack as opposed to Fly's steady AOV improvements.
