Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks vs Sumi: Full Page Bundle Builderfor Shopify (2026)
Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks and Sumi: Full Page Bundle Builder both offer Shopify merchants ways to increase AOV through product bundling, but they cater to different approaches. Fly focuses on pre-defined bundles, quantity breaks, and automated upselling tactics like 'Frequently Bought Together' and 'Buy One Get One' offers. It positions itself as a comprehensive solution for optimizing cart value with features like free gifts and volume discounts. Sumi, on the other hand, emphasizes customer choice by allowing them to build their own bundles based on merchant-defined rules and discounts. This 'build-your-own-box' approach offers a more customizable shopping experience. The crucial distinction lies in control and customization. Fly prioritizes simplicity and automation for the merchant, aiming for higher conversion rates with pre-built strategies. Sumi places more power in the customer's hands, offering a flexible bundle-building experience that could lead to higher perceived value and customer loyalty, but requires careful planning and rule configuration from the merchant. Fly boasts significantly more reviews, suggesting a larger user base and more established presence, whereas Sumi is newer with fewer reviews.

Our Verdict
If you want a plug-and-play solution to boost AOV with tried-and-true bundle strategies like BOGO and volume discounts, Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks is the better choice. Its high review count and feature set suggest a robust and well-supported application. However, if you prioritize customer agency and want to offer a unique 'build your own box' experience, Sumi: Full Page Bundle Builder is more suitable, despite its lower review count. Sumi offers more control to the customer but requires a greater investment in planning the product selection and discount rules. Merchants with a niche product selection will benefit more from Sumi's unique offering of flexibility to customers.
