Folio: Wishlist vs Multi Wishlist‑MyAppGurusfor Shopify (2026)
Folio: Wishlist and Multi Wishlist‑MyAppGurus both aim to provide wishlist functionality for Shopify stores, but they differ significantly in their current standing. Folio: Wishlist focuses on analytics and email marketing integrations based on wishlist data, emphasizing its dashboard for real-time growth tracking. It promises unlimited wishlist items, customizable buttons, and wishlist sharing. In contrast, Multi Wishlist‑MyAppGurus, while having fewer explicitly stated features, boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 6 reviews, suggesting a positive user experience. While Folio: Wishlist highlights features like a dashboard for analytics, the absence of user reviews makes it challenging to assess its effectiveness compared to Multi Wishlist‑MyAppGurus. Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, Multi Wishlist‑MyAppGurus is the safer choice due to its established positive reputation, as indicated by its 5/5 rating and 6 reviews. It provides a basic, validated wishlist functionality that's likely to perform as expected. The app's unlisted features (price, detailed functionality) however, must be further reviewed.
Folio: Wishlist may be suitable for merchants specifically targeting deeper analytics and email marketing integrations driven by wishlist data, but the lack of reviews presents a considerable risk. This app should be considered only after carefully evaluating the risks of an untested product and perhaps contacting the developer for more information or a trial period. Without external validation, it's impossible to ascertain its usability or effectiveness.
