Form Builder Pro vs Product Tabs ‑ Easy Tabsfor Shopify (2026)
Form Builder Pro and Product Tabs ‑ Easy Tabs are Shopify apps serving different needs under the broad 'Design elements - Other' category. Form Builder Pro aims to provide merchants with a versatile tool to create custom forms for data collection, promising features like conditional logic, file uploads, and theme customization. Its value proposition centers around building personalized data collection experiences that seamlessly integrate with a store's design. Product Tabs ‑ Easy Tabs, on the other hand, focuses specifically on enhancing product page organization by enabling merchants to create and manage product tabs. The key distinction lies in their functionality: Form Builder Pro is a general-purpose form creation tool, while Product Tabs ‑ Easy Tabs is specifically designed for enhancing product page content. Form Builder Pro is suitable for gathering customer information, collecting feedback, or running surveys. In contrast, Product Tabs ‑ Easy Tabs aims to improve product information presentation and potentially increase conversion rates. The significant difference in ratings and number of reviews suggests a vast disparity in user satisfaction and adoption, which must be carefully considered by merchants.

Our Verdict
Given the overwhelmingly positive rating and review count of Product Tabs ‑ Easy Tabs, it appears to be a reliable solution for merchants specifically needing to improve product page information architecture. For merchants specifically targeting data collection, running feedback campaigns or complex surveys, Form Builder Pro is positioned to provide advanced form-building tools, but the very low rating and extremely small number of reviews (only 4 reviews!) suggest significant problems with its implementation, support, or features, and it would be unwise to select it over alternatives.
Merchants should thoroughly investigate the specific issues reported by the existing Form Builder Pro users before considering it. The vast difference in ratings makes Product Tabs ‑ Easy Tabs the far safer choice for merchants focusing on product page optimization. However, for the specific need of building forms, the merchant should look for other alternatives to Form Builder Pro because its current ratings are extremely concerning.
