Our Verdict
Both FormCRM and Primy offer robust form-building capabilities. FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder appears to be the slightly more comprehensive option, especially suitable for businesses already integrated with HubSpot, Slack, or Zoho and those needing to manage customer accounts via forms or restrict form submissions by domain. Primy - AI Custom Form Builder excels in its focus on embedding forms directly into various Shopify pages and its seamless integration with Google Sheets. This makes it ideal for merchants prioritizing easily accessible data and a more direct way of collecting feedback or inquiries from specific product pages or the cart page. The limited number of reviews for both apps makes it difficult to definitively recommend one over the other, but the feature sets suggest distinct target users.
