Our Verdict
Formful is the better choice for merchants who need a general-purpose form builder for various contact and data collection needs across their website. Its higher number of reviews suggests a well-established and reliable solution. Madgic, however, is the superior option for merchants heavily reliant on Cash on Delivery and seeking to optimize their checkout process, reduce abandoned carts, and increase conversions specifically related to COD orders. The partial payment and COD fee features can provide significant value in managing risk and protecting profit margins. If COD is a central part of your business, Madgic is the clear winner. If you only need occasional contact forms, Formful is likely sufficient.
