The target audience for both apps is likely Shopify merchants needing to build and manage forms, but the execution and user satisfaction seem to diverge considerably. The difference in ratings and review volume strongly suggests that one app is delivering a much more positive experience, highlighting a potentially critical difference in ease of use, functionality, and customer support. The SureCust app's name indicates it may also offer 'Locks,' suggesting potential features related to form security or content restrictions, which Formful's name doesn't explicitly suggest. Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Formful – Contact Form Builder appears to be the significantly safer and more reliable choice for most Shopify merchants. The consistently high rating and reasonable review count suggest a positive user experience and effective form-building capabilities. Unless specific 'lock' or security features are absolutely critical, the 0/5 rating of SureCust Forms Builder, Locks, warrants extreme caution.
Merchants prioritizing ease of use and reliable form functionality should strongly consider Formful. Only merchants with a *very* specific need for the implied 'lock' or security features of SureCust *and* a willingness to extensively test and potentially debug the app should even consider it, given its alarmingly poor rating.
