Our Verdict
Given the stark contrast in reviews and functionality, Trustoo Pop ups, Email Popups (SendWILL) seems to be the stronger choice for merchants focused on email marketing and sales automation. The 5-star rating and numerous reviews indicate a positive user experience and effective performance. Formrun, with its lack of reviews, presents a higher risk, especially given its reliance on pre-existing 'utilization rules.' However, for merchants whose *primary* need is a highly structured system for managing inquiries and facilitating team-based customer service responses originating from forms, Formrun *might* be worth exploring *if* its utilization rules are acceptable and aligned with their business processes. Even in that case, proceeding with extreme caution and testing is advisable.
