Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with preventing chargebacks, managing risky customer behavior, and controlling various fraud signals, Fraud Falcon ‑ Block & Prevent is the better choice. Its rule-based system and customizable actions provide granular control over fraud prevention. The setup wizard is also valuable for merchants who are unsure where to start.
However, if the primary concern is preventing ad fraud caused by bots, protecting marketing budgets, and ensuring accurate analytics data, Negate ‑ Bot Protection is the more appropriate solution. Its one-click installation and focus on bot protection make it a simpler and more specialized tool. Negate addresses the specific problem of bot-driven damage to marketing campaigns, which Fraud Falcon does not explicitly address.
