Our Verdict
Fraud Falcon ‑ Block & Prevent is the clear choice for merchants facing significant fraud risks and seeking a proactive solution to minimize chargebacks. The setup wizard and customizable rules offer a level of control that's valuable for high-risk businesses. TelePing – Store Alerts, while potentially useful, lacks any user reviews and caters to a different niche. It suits merchants who prioritize immediate awareness of store activity and are comfortable using Telegram for business notifications. If real-time order and inventory alerts are critical for a small store owner that needs to be always 'on', TelePing might be worth exploring, but given the lack of social proof, a cautious approach is advisable. For those actively trying to prevent fraud, Fraud Falcon is the superior, more mature choice.
