Our Verdict
Fraud Falcon ‑ Block & Prevent is the clear choice for merchants primarily concerned with preventing fraudulent orders and minimizing financial losses from chargebacks. Its rule-based system and setup wizard offer a streamlined approach to fraud management. On the other hand, WhatsApp Re‑engage is suitable for merchants who prioritize enhancing customer communication and recovering abandoned carts through personalized WhatsApp messaging. However, the lack of reviews and potential complexity of WhatsApp API integration should be considered before choosing it. Businesses suffering from high chargeback rates will benefit more from Fraud Falcon. For merchants already experiencing high customer engagement, WhatsApp Re-engage may not be as impactful.
