Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily concerned with preventing fraudulent orders before they happen and willing to invest time in customizing rules and verification processes, Fraud Judge Fraud Prevention is the better choice. It's ideal for businesses selling age-restricted products or those with high-value inventory vulnerable to fraud. However, for businesses facing a significant volume of chargebacks and seeking an automated solution to manage disputes, recover revenue, and integrate with existing payment processors, Verdivo ‑ Chargeback Manager is likely the superior option. While Fraud Judge offers preventative measures, Verdivo excels at handling the aftermath of fraud that may still occur.
