FraudBlock Fraud Prevention vs Negate ‑ Bot Protectionfor Shopify (2026)

Our Verdict
The choice between FraudBlock and Negate hinges on the type of fraud a merchant is most concerned about. If the primary issue is managing high-risk orders and preventing chargebacks after an order is placed, FraudBlock Fraud Prevention is the clear winner. It automates the cancellation and refund process, saving time and potentially money. However, if the concern lies with inaccurate marketing data, inflated ad spend due to bots, and other issues related to bot traffic, then Negate ‑ Bot Protection is the better choice. It offers protection against various bot-related issues, helping merchants optimize their marketing efforts and gain a more accurate understanding of their audience. For merchants experiencing *both* issues, using both apps could provide comprehensive fraud protection.
