Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive loyalty program with advanced features and integrations, Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist is the clear choice. Its robust feature set, including loyalty points, VIP tiers, referrals, and store credit, provides a complete solution for rewarding and engaging customers. However, merchants who need a simple, easy-to-implement wishlist functionality with cart recovery and don't require a full-fledged loyalty program will find Keep on Hold Wishlist a more suitable and cost-effective option. The limited number of reviews for Keep on Hold, though, suggest caution and potentially necessitate a thorough trial period.
Ultimately, the best app depends on the specific needs and budget of the merchant. If a robust loyalty program is a priority, Froonze is the better option despite its higher complexity and potentially higher cost. If a simple wishlist and cart recovery solution is all that's required, Keep on Hold is a more streamlined and potentially cheaper alternative.
