Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist vs Wishifyfor Shopify (2026)
Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist and Wishify are both Shopify apps that offer wishlist functionality, but their overall scope and target audience differ significantly. Froonze positions itself as a comprehensive solution for enhancing customer loyalty and engagement, offering a wide array of features like loyalty points, VIP tiers, referrals, store credit cashback, and an enhanced customer dashboard (some paid separately), in addition to wishlist functionality. Its focus is on providing a multifaceted approach to customer retention and boosting sales through various incentive programs. Wishify, on the other hand, is a much simpler application solely focused on providing wishlist functionality and giving merchants insights into the most desired products in their store. The primary difference lies in the feature set and complexity. Froonze offers a robust loyalty program alongside the wishlist feature, targeting merchants who want to build a comprehensive customer loyalty strategy. Froonze also touts easy migration from other loyalty apps. Wishify is more streamlined and designed for merchants who only need a basic wishlist function and wish to understand product demand without the complexity of a full loyalty system. The substantial difference in ratings (5/5 with 213 reviews for Froonze vs. 0/5 with 0 reviews for Wishify) also indicates a significant disparity in user satisfaction and potentially, app quality or stability.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a robust, all-in-one solution that combines a comprehensive loyalty program with wishlist functionality, Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist is the clear choice. Its extensive feature set, positive user reviews, and focus on customer retention strategies make it suitable for established businesses with a desire to deepen customer engagement. However, this comes with the caveat that it may be more complex to set up and manage.
Wishify, on the other hand, is ideal for smaller businesses or startups that primarily need a simple wishlist feature and want to gain insights into popular products without the added complexity and cost of a full-fledged loyalty program. The lack of reviews makes it a riskier choice, but if simplicity and basic wishlist tracking are the priorities, and the merchant is willing to take a chance on a new app, Wishify could be a viable option.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a small business just starting out?
Wishify might be more suitable for a very small business initially, assuming the merchant is comfortable with no reviews available, as it focuses on the core wishlist functionality without the complexity of a loyalty program. However, Froonze could be easily scalable when ready to commit to implementing the loyalty part.
Does Froonze's loyalty program integrate with Shopify POS?
Yes, Froonze claims loyalty POS integration, enhancing the omnichannel experience.
Can I use Shopify store credit with either app?
Froonze integrates with Native Shopify Store Credit and allows it to be used for cashback rewards within its loyalty program. Wishify doesn't mention store credit integration.
Which app is easier to migrate from existing loyalty programs like Smile or Loyalty Lion?
Froonze explicitly states easy migration from Smile, Bon, Joy, Rivo, Loyalty Lion, Appstle, and other apps. Wishify makes no such claim.
If I only need a simple wishlist, is Froonze overkill?
Potentially, yes. If your sole requirement is a basic wishlist without any loyalty features, Wishify might suffice. However, be aware of the lack of reviews and potential risks associated with an unproven app. Froonze is more than just wishlist, so the additional cost might not be worth it.
