Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a robust, fully-fledged loyalty program complete with VIP tiers, referrals, and store credit options, Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist is the clear choice. The investment in setup time and potential additional costs for features like the enhanced customer dashboard is justified by the breadth of functionality offered. Conversely, Wishlist by Square is ideal for smaller merchants, or those just starting out, who require a simple, easy-to-implement wishlist solution without the complexities of a full loyalty program. The lack of customer account requirement is a significant advantage for stores looking to minimize friction during the shopping process.
