Fullcourt vs Herodeskfor Shopify (2026)
Fullcourt and Herodesk both position themselves as simple helpdesk solutions for Shopify merchants in 2026, aiming to consolidate customer support channels and improve efficiency. Fullcourt emphasizes a more comprehensive feature set, highlighting its ability to directly edit, refund, and duplicate orders within the app, alongside deeper integration with email, Instagram, and Facebook messaging. Herodesk, on the other hand, focuses on simplicity and affordability, targeting small and mid-sized e-commercers with a user-friendly conversation-based support system and live-chat functionality. While both integrate with Shopify to provide customer order information, Fullcourt appears to cater to merchants needing more direct order management capabilities within their helpdesk, whereas Herodesk prioritizes ease of use and quick customer interaction. The primary distinction lies in the depth of Shopify integration and feature breadth. Fullcourt boasts in-app order editing and more integrated messaging channels (explicitly stating email support), suggesting a more robust feature set for larger teams or complex order management needs. Herodesk champions a simple, affordable approach with a focus on live chat and social media integration, likely appealing to smaller businesses or those prioritizing rapid response through conversational support. The absence of reviews for Fullcourt, contrasted with Herodesk's positive user feedback (though limited), is a critical factor to consider.

Our Verdict
For smaller merchants prioritizing affordable live chat and social media support, Herodesk appears to be the more suitable option, especially given its perfect rating (though based on limited reviews). Its simple, conversation-based approach aligns well with businesses needing quick customer interaction. However, for larger businesses requiring deeper integration with Shopify orders, including the ability to directly edit, refund, and duplicate orders within the helpdesk, Fullcourt's feature set is more compelling. The lack of user reviews for Fullcourt is a significant risk; potential users should proceed with caution and carefully evaluate its functionality during a trial period before committing. Ultimately, Herodesk's proven user satisfaction (albeit with few reviews) and clear focus on simplicity make it the safer choice for many.
