Our Verdict
Based on the available data, 'Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell' seems to be the more reliable choice for merchants utilizing COD, given its significantly better rating and review count. Its features specifically address the needs of COD orders, from partial payments to abandoned cart recovery. A merchant prioritizing COD optimization should select this app.
However, 'GA: Email Collection Bar + AI' might be worth exploring for merchants heavily invested in email marketing who are willing to take a risk on a new app. If email list growth is the primary goal and COD isn't a major part of the business, then it could offer a solution. However, the lack of reviews poses a risk, making 'Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell' the safer and more recommendable choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026.
