Our Verdict
If you're a Shopify merchant focused on creating and selling custom-designed products globally while prioritizing sustainability and faster delivery, Gelato: Print on Demand is the clear choice. Its localized production network and AI design tools cater to building a branded experience with higher margins. However, if your priority is accessing a broad range of products at competitive prices by leveraging Chinese manufacturing, and you need assistance with sourcing, quality control, and customized packaging, then SourcinBox‑Dropshipping Agent is the better option. They cater to dropshippers needing a partner to navigate the complexities of sourcing from China.
While both apps offer dropshipping capabilities, their approaches differ significantly. Gelato enables merchants to sell unique custom products without holding inventory, while SourcinBox serves as a sourcing and fulfillment agent for a wider range of products. Therefore, the choice depends entirely on the merchant's business strategy, product offerings, and sourcing preferences.
