Our Verdict
Choosing between Gemora and Shopney depends heavily on the merchant's strategic goals. If the primary objective is to boost customer retention within the existing online store experience using loyalty programs, Gemora is the more suitable choice. Its customizable widgets and no-code setup make it easy to integrate into any Shopify store. However, if the merchant wants to tap into the growing mobile commerce market and create a dedicated mobile app experience, Shopney is the clear winner. Shopney's features around mobile-first experiences and lower acquisition costs will be extremely valuable. While Gemora has a perfect rating, the extremely low review count (1) makes it hard to trust over Shopney's rating and 684 reviews.
