Our Verdict
The choice between GemPages and Smile depends entirely on the merchant's primary goal. If the priority is to overhaul the store's design, create high-converting landing pages, and optimize the sales funnel, then GemPages is the clear choice. Its AI-powered builder and CRO-focused features are specifically designed to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. However, if the merchant already has a satisfactory store design and is now focused on building long-term customer loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases, then Smile is the better option. Its robust loyalty program features and deep integrations provide the tools necessary to cultivate a loyal customer base.
