Our Verdict
Based on the available information, WAX: marketing on WhatsApp is the clear choice for merchants looking to implement a WhatsApp marketing strategy. Its positive reviews, well-defined feature set, and emphasis on GDPR compliance make it a reliable and valuable tool. Gender API ‑ Determine gender, due to its lack of information and reviews, presents a significant risk. Unless a merchant has a very specific and clear need for gender determination and is willing to take a chance on an untested app, WAX is the much safer and more promising option.
If a merchant requires tools for WhatsApp marketing and customer engagement, WAX is the recommended solution. Gender API ‑ Determine gender might only be useful for merchants needing to collect gender data for personalization if its reliability and functionality can be confirmed, which is currently impossible due to the absence of reviews and detailed information.
