Our Verdict
For merchants primarily looking to offer and manage in-store pickup with specific time slots and location management, Genie Store Pickup is the clear choice. Its functionality is purpose-built for this scenario, enabling customers to conveniently schedule pickups, benefiting from the 4.8 rating. However, if your business has complex shipping requirements beyond simple in-store pickup, such as needing to calculate rates based on numerous conditions, offer branded shipping options, or utilize dimensional weight calculations, Intuitive Shipping is the superior solution, especially if you're prioritizing reliable support and a higher review score. While Intuitive Shipping may potentially handle store pickup with its complex logic engine, Genie Store Pickup has an easier interface designed specifically for it. Small businesses with relatively straightforward shipping needs who only want store pickup will save time and potentially money with Genie Store Pickup, while larger businesses who can afford and require the human support and highly configurable nature of Intuitive Shipping will find that a better overall fit.
