Our Verdict
Geolocation & Markets—Selecty is the clear choice for merchants deeply invested in Shopify Markets or Global-e Managed Markets and looking to provide a highly localized and automated shopping experience for international customers. Its comprehensive feature set justifies its complexity. Libautech: Currency Converter, on the other hand, is likely a more suitable option for merchants who simply require a basic currency conversion feature without the need for market-specific customization, geolocation targeting, or connection to multiple expansion stores. The relatively lower review count might also suggest a newer or less established app, so while both are rated 5/5, the larger sample size for Selecty may make it a more reliable choice for some.
