Our Verdict
The choice between Geolocation Redirects | xapps and Store Fence: Country Blocker hinges on the merchant's primary need. If the goal is to optimize the customer experience and drive sales by automatically redirecting users to the correct regional store, Geolocation Redirects is the better choice, assuming the positive rating and reviews reflect actual user experience.
However, if security is the primary concern, particularly regarding bot traffic, content theft, or unauthorized access, Store Fence: Country Blocker offers the necessary tools, even though it currently lacks user reviews. Merchants prioritizing safety over optimizing the user journey should lean towards Store Fence. New merchants may be cautious about the lack of reviews, and should test extensively during any trial period.
