Our Verdict
GiftKart is best suited for merchants primarily concerned with improving customer retention and driving repeat purchases through a straightforward cashback program using store credits. Its simplicity can be attractive to businesses that find complex loyalty programs overwhelming. However, the 0/5 rating based on 110 reviews is a major red flag. Recurpay, with its 5/5 rating based on 400 reviews and comprehensive feature set, is the clear choice for merchants looking to establish or scale a subscription-based business model. The 24/7 live support and customer self-service portal provide significant advantages for managing subscriptions effectively. Given the poor rating for GiftKart, it would be difficult to recommend it over Recurpay without further investigation into the negative reviews.
