Our Verdict
If you're looking for a holistic gifting solution with extensive customization options and features beyond just messaging, Giftship is the stronger choice. Its suite of tools allows merchants to offer a wide range of gifting experiences. However, for merchants who specifically want to offer personalized video and audio gift messages with simple setup and integration, Video Greet is the better option. It's focused approach on personalized messaging makes it easy to add a personal touch without overhauling your entire gifting strategy. The lower review count for Video Greet should be considered, but its perfect rating is a positive sign.
