Our Verdict
The choice between Ágil WhatsApp and Ringly.io depends entirely on the scale and needs of the Shopify store. Ágil WhatsApp is a useful tool for smaller stores that want to quickly connect with customers via WhatsApp, offering a personal touch and resolving simple queries directly. Ringly.io is better suited for larger businesses with a high volume of phone support requests. The automated AI functionality handles basic inquiries efficiently, freeing up human agents to focus on more complex issues. For businesses with limited support staff and a large customer base, Ringly.io is the clear winner. However, for smaller businesses that value personalized communication and operate primarily in Spanish-speaking markets, Ágil WhatsApp could be a valuable asset.
