GlideTeck COD & WhatsApp vs Madgic Order COD Form & Upsellfor Shopify (2026)
GlideTeck COD & WhatsApp and Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell both target Shopify merchants seeking to optimize their Cash on Delivery (COD) processes. However, they differ significantly in their approaches and feature sets. GlideTeck emphasizes a broader approach, focusing on reducing COD losses through address validation, OTP verification, and encouraging prepaid payments via WhatsApp automation and campaigns. It aims to be a comprehensive solution for managing the entire COD lifecycle. Madgic, on the other hand, concentrates on streamlining the checkout process with a highly customizable COD form, partial payments, and abandoned cart recovery, targeting merchants who prioritize a seamless mobile checkout experience. Our Verdict
Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell appears to be the stronger option for merchants primarily concerned with optimizing the checkout process and offering flexible payment options like partial payment. Its positive reviews and focus on form customization suggest a user-friendly experience and effective conversion optimization. GlideTeck COD & WhatsApp, while offering a broader suite of features centered around WhatsApp marketing automation, lacks any user reviews, making it a riskier choice.
However, if a merchant's strategy hinges on leveraging WhatsApp for order verification, abandoned cart recovery, and running promotional campaigns, and they are willing to take a risk on a new app, GlideTeck might be worth exploring. If you are looking for a robust, streamlined COD checkout experience for mobile, and the reviews of Madgic bear out, it is a safer, more established choice. But remember: no reviews means GlideTeck could be anything – a potential diamond or a complete dud.
