For Shopify merchants facing significant COD-related issues such as high return rates and fake orders, and those who value the integration of WhatsApp for automation and order verification, GlideTeck COD & WhatsApp is the more comprehensive solution. However, the lack of reviews at this point in time is a risk factor. Merchants who prioritize simplicity and only require basic COD fee addition and eligibility management will find RUBIX Cash on Delivery:COD Fee a more suitable and less complex option.
