If a merchant's primary goal is to offer highly customizable products and overcome the variant limitations of Shopify, Globo Product Options, Variant is the clear winner. The ability to add text inputs, file uploads, and live previews significantly enhances the customer experience and can drive sales for personalized goods.
Conversely, if a merchant operates in a market where Cash on Delivery is a significant payment method and is struggling with high rates of fraud, returned orders, or cancellations, Releasit Cash on Delivery COD is the more appropriate solution. Its features like WhatsApp OTP verification and partial payment collection directly address these challenges, improving the bottom line.
