Glovokai: Address Translation vs Revize: Order Editing & Upsellfor Shopify (2026)
Glovokai: Address Translation and Revize: Order Editing & Upsell, while both operating within the 'Order editing' category on Shopify, cater to distinctly different needs. Glovokai focuses on streamlining international shipping by automatically transliterating shipping addresses to ensure compatibility with courier services that don't support non-latin scripts. This makes it a niche solution for merchants heavily involved in international sales where address format issues are common. Revize, on the other hand, offers a comprehensive order editing suite that empowers both merchants and customers. It allows for modifications to various aspects of an order, including address, quantity, product variants, and even supports upsells and order cancellations with store credit. Revize aims to reduce support tickets, increase average order value (AOV), and enhance customer loyalty by giving customers more control over their orders. While both apps address order management, Revize's broader feature set targets larger brands aiming for a premium customer experience, while Glovokai targets merchants dealing specifically with international shipping complexities.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with streamlining international shipping logistics and resolving address compatibility issues, Glovokai: Address Translation is the clear choice. Its focused functionality directly addresses this specific pain point. However, for merchants looking to provide a superior customer experience, reduce support tickets, boost sales through upsells, and offer comprehensive order editing capabilities, Revize: Order Editing & Upsell provides a more holistic solution.
While both apps have positive ratings, Revize's larger review count suggests broader adoption and potentially more validated reliability. Ultimately, the choice depends on the merchant's specific needs and priorities. If international shipping address issues are a significant hurdle, Glovokai is the better fit. If customer empowerment and comprehensive order management are paramount, Revize is the stronger option.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on their descriptions, Glovokai seems simpler to configure, focusing on automatic address transliteration. Revize, with its broader feature set, likely requires more configuration to tailor the order editing experience.
Can I use both apps together?
Potentially, but it might be redundant. If Revize is already being used, the address editing features could replace the need for Glovokai. It would be more useful to see how they work together and if there is any interference.
Which app is more likely to improve customer satisfaction?
Revize is more directly aimed at improving customer satisfaction by empowering them to manage their orders, potentially reducing frustration and support requests. Glovokai indirectly improves satisfaction by ensuring successful deliveries, which can minimize complaints about lost or delayed shipments.
Which app is more likely to impact my store's revenue?
Revize has more obvious revenue-boosting features with its built-in order page and email upsells as well as the 'refund as store credit' feature, although successful deliveries from the use of Glovokai may also lead to higher customer satisfaction and therefore retention.
