Glowtify: Smarter AI Marketing vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Glowtify: Smarter AI Marketing and Zigpoll Customer Surveys are both highly rated (5/5) Shopify apps that fall under the Operations and Analytics categories. However, they cater to very different needs. Glowtify focuses on providing an all-in-one AI-powered marketing platform aimed at improving revenue generation and operational efficiency through SEO, content creation, and campaign planning. Its target audience is merchants looking for comprehensive marketing automation and optimization. It boasts features like AI-generated content and competitor tracking, aiming for a 'glow' in overall marketing performance. Zigpoll, on the other hand, specializes in customer feedback and data collection through surveys delivered via various channels like on-site, email, and SMS. Its strength lies in gathering zero-party data and providing AI-powered analytics to optimize business decisions related to the product roadmap, marketing spend, and conversion rates. Zigpoll's target audience is merchants seeking deeper customer insights and a better understanding of customer pain points. Although both apps leverage AI, Glowtify uses it for content generation and marketing automation, while Zigpoll uses it for survey analytics. A major difference is the number of reviews; Zigpoll has significantly more reviews than Glowtify, suggesting a larger user base and potentially more established track record, although it is worth noting that positive reviews do not necessarily mean it is superior for every merchant.

Our Verdict
If you're a Shopify merchant primarily focused on streamlining your marketing efforts and generating content for SEO and campaigns with minimal effort, Glowtify: Smarter AI Marketing is the better choice. Its AI-powered tools can automate various aspects of your marketing strategy and help track performance against competitors. However, given the much lower number of reviews, a cautious approach and thorough testing during the trial period is recommended.
On the other hand, if your priority is understanding your customers better and gathering insights to improve your product and marketing strategies, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the superior option. The app's focus on surveys and AI analytics makes it ideal for collecting zero-party data and making data-driven decisions. The high number of reviews suggests a more established product with a proven track record.
