Our Verdict
GoGenerosity appears suitable for merchants who want a streamlined, revenue-focused approach to charitable giving. The gift card conversion strategy could be particularly attractive to businesses that want to actively involve their charity partners in their product ecosystem. The "real time impact" calculator also provides a concrete way to demonstrate the impact of customer donations.
ShoppingGives, despite the lower rating, has significantly more reviews. This suggests a broader user base, and while its features are not as explicitly detailed in the description, it may offer a more comprehensive or flexible solution. Merchants should investigate ShoppingGives' specific features to determine if they outweigh GoGenerosity's focus on revenue and ease of use.
