Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with shipping products across the country, especially those who value affordability and offer 'Pay Upon Pick-up', GoGo Xpress might be a suitable option, but the low rating and review count should be considered. However, for merchants focused on local delivery and in-store pickup, particularly restaurants or businesses with multiple locations needing granular control over scheduling and order management, Store Pickup + Delivery (CR) is the clear choice. Its superior rating and extensive feature set designed for optimizing local fulfillment make it a significantly more appealing option for those specific needs. The substantial difference in user feedback strongly suggests a better user experience and reliability for Store Pickup + Delivery (CR).
GoGo Xpress, while potentially affordable, presents a risk due to its low user satisfaction indicated by its rating and review count. Store Pickup + Delivery (CR)'s higher rating and robust feature set outweigh its narrower focus, making it the preferred option for local fulfillment. If nationwide shipping is crucial, further research and comparison with other apps are recommended before choosing GoGo Xpress.
