Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing establishing trust and showcasing positive customer experiences, Google Customer Reviews Appio is the better choice. By displaying the Google Seller Ratings badge and collecting verified reviews, it instills confidence in potential buyers, leading to increased conversion rates and potentially higher average order values. However, the low number of reviews should be considered - the app may be new or have a small user base.
On the other hand, if the primary goal is to drive immediate sales through visually appealing promotions and product highlights, Lably—Product Labels & Badges offers a more direct and versatile solution. Its extensive library of customizable labels and badges allows merchants to create eye-catching campaigns and highlight specific product features, discounts, or sales events, resulting in improved conversion rates and increased sales volume. Lably also boasts a significantly higher review count, suggesting wider adoption and proven effectiveness.
