Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with building trust and showcasing social proof through verifiable customer feedback, Google Reviews by Reputon is the stronger choice. It offers robust features for importing, managing, and displaying Google Reviews, as well as additional functionality like store locators and AI-powered replies. However, if a merchant prioritizes visually engaging content, especially short-form videos from platforms like Reels and TikTok, to showcase products and drive sales, Spark — Reels Video Slider is the more appropriate option. Spark allows for easy embedding and customization of video content without impacting store speed. A smaller review count (32 vs 1011) could indicate that Spark is newer, or caters to a more niche segment.
