Our Verdict
Choosing between Google Reviews & Social Proof and Rubik Variant Images & Swatch depends entirely on your specific needs. If your priority is to build trust, improve SEO, and leverage customer reviews and social media content, then Google Reviews & Social Proof is the better option. The automated updates ensure your store stays current without manual effort.
However, if your store sells products with multiple variants, such as clothing with different colors and sizes, and you want to improve product presentation and reduce customer confusion, Rubik Variant Images & Swatch is the more suitable choice. The ability to display specific images and swatches for each variant can significantly enhance the customer experience and decrease return rates due to misinterpretations of the product. While Google Reviews & Social Proof has a lower rating and fewer reviews, the difference in their functionalities is so stark that the rating difference is less significant than the fundamental purpose each app serves.
