Our Verdict
Given the available data, GP ‑ Wishlist & Upsell Suite appears to be the more reliable option at the moment, especially for merchants prioritizing a well-functioning app with positive user feedback. Its focus on on-site improvements makes it suitable for businesses looking to directly enhance the customer's shopping experience on their Shopify store.
However, Interakt ‑ WhatsApp Marketing may be suitable for merchants specifically seeking to leverage WhatsApp as a primary marketing channel. Merchants considering Interakt should proceed with extreme caution, given the zero rating and the high number of reviews, and should carefully review recent user feedback before making a decision. Thorough testing and direct communication with the Interakt team would be crucial to determine its actual capabilities and reliability.
